Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Responds To Dad’s Attempted Attack On Larry Nassar

The trial of the disgraced U.S. Olympics doctor Larry Nassar has been full of emotional and powerful moments. In seven days, 169 of Nassar’s victims read statements confronting their abuser. In one of the most influential moments, Judge Rosemarie Aquilina tossed aside Nassar’s letter which contains a statement attempting to absolve himself from his despicable actions.

Throwing away his statement, she asked, “Would you like to withdraw your plea?” Upon pleading guilty to multiple charges, the judge sentenced Nassar to 175 in prison remarking, “I’ve just signed your death warrant…you do not deserve to walk outside of a prison ever again.”

Another emotional moment occurred when Randall Margraves, who has two daughters that testified against Nassar for the abuse they suffered at his hands and a third daughter who was also reportedly mistreated, asked the judge for 5 minutes alone in a locked room with the predator.

Margraves said, “give me five minutes in a locked room with this demon”, then asking for just one minute. After the judge denied his request, Margraves charged at Nassar but was restrained by officers before he was able to get a hold of him. The officers led Margraves out of the courtroom shortly after. In the video, you can make out one of the officers kneeling next to Margraves’ face and attempted to calm him by repeating, “you’re ok”.
